S.E.S.在第五隻大碟《Choose My Life-U》中以現(xiàn)代職業(yè)女性在生活中所面對的事情為主題。她們雖然控制了自己的生活，但在韓國傳統(tǒng)重男輕女的社會中，她們?nèi)悦鎸χ�不少挑�?zhàn)。 大碟的主打歌「U」由Nick Manic負(fù)責(zé)，是一首既搖滾又拉丁的作品。在MUSIC VIDEO中，S.E.S. 的三名成員均打扮成現(xiàn)代職業(yè)女性：Shoo是個賭場荷官、Eugene是一個設(shè)計(jì)師、而Bada就是一個電影導(dǎo)演。
